1. Introduction and Acceptance

• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in your Account, displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), including deposited funds and winnings, but excluding any pending withdrawals or locked bonus funds.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by klik66 that is subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process that all Users must complete before making their first withdrawal, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "Platform" means the klik66 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, software, and content.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game is designed to return to players over an extended period of play.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, account management, payment processing, and customer support services provided by klik66.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use klik66:

• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account on klik66, you must complete the following steps:

1. Provide a valid email address that you have access to and control over.
2. Choose a unique username and a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, and mobile phone number.
4. Agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
5. Complete the email verification process by clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email address.

Once your Account is created, you may deposit funds and begin placing bets. However, before you can make your first withdrawal, you must complete the mandatory KYC verification process by submitting a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and residential address. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with klik66. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple Accounts linked to the same person (via IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other technical indicators), all associated Accounts will be permanently closed, all bonuses voided, and all balances forfeited. Any winnings derived from multi-accounting activity will not be honored.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

klik66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• You are underage (below 21 years of age);
• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or attempted manipulation of game outcomes;
• Your Account has been used in connection with money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Your Account activity exhibits patterns consistent with problem gambling, and you have not responded to our responsible gaming outreach;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

In the event of Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses and fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

klik66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). klik66 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and we do not offer currency conversion services. Standard inter-bank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 5 minutes for bank transfers during business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside business hours will be credited once our payment processor completes verification, usually within 15 minutes of the next business day opening.

klik66 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge standard transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000. If you wish to withdraw a larger amount, you may submit multiple withdrawal requests across multiple days. Withdrawals are processed manually by our finance team during business hours (07:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Most withdrawal requests are completed within 15 minutes during these hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed starting at 07:00 WIB the following day.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the mandatory KYC verification process. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if your Account has not completed KYC, if the name on your payment method does not match the name on your Account, or if we detect suspicious activity.

klik66 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank may deduct standard inter-bank transfer fees, which are beyond our control.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

klik66 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1×) before a withdrawal can be processed. This means that if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 before you can withdraw. This requirement applies regardless of whether you win or lose. Withdrawals that do not meet this minimum wagering requirement will be rejected, and you will be required to meet the turnover threshold before resubmitting your withdrawal request.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation (source of funds, bank statements, employer verification) for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or for Accounts exhibiting unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

klik66 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with the associated terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, opposite betting, low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash with minimal risk, or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent closure of your Account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 3.000.000 (100.000 × 30) before you can withdraw any bonus-derived winnings.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). If you fail to complete the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and removed from your Account balance.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 10% to 20%. Togel, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Full contribution percentages are listed in the specific bonus terms.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limit While Wagering Bonus

While you have an active bonus and are working through the wagering requirements, you are subject to a maximum bet limit of Rp 25.000 per bet or spin unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. Exceeding this maximum bet limit constitutes a breach of these Terms, and any associated bonus and winnings will be voided.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

You may voluntarily forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated, and any winnings derived from that bonus will also be removed from your Account balance. If you make a withdrawal while you have an active bonus and incomplete wagering requirements, the bonus and all associated winnings will be automatically forfeited unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by klik66. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed due to technical error, incorrect odds display, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and binding. Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football matches, ATP for tennis, official game logs for casino games).

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect payout, klik66 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their correct state. Affected players will be notified via email.

6.2 Live Betting and Odds Changes

Odds on live (in-play) betting markets update in real time based on match events. klik66 employs industry-standard delay mechanisms to ensure fair pricing. If you place a live bet and the odds change between the moment you submit your bet and the moment it is accepted by the system, your bet will be placed at the updated odds, and you will be notified of the change. You may cancel the bet if you do not accept the updated odds, provided the cancellation is submitted before the bet is confirmed.

6.3 Voided Markets and Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the official ruling of the sport's governing body. In most cases, bets on cancelled or voided events are refunded at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). For multi-leg bets (parlays or accumulators), a voided selection is typically treated as a non-runner and removed from the bet, with the remaining selections settling normally. 6.4 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) offered on klik66 are powered by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Every game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. RTP is a long-term statistical average calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions will vary significantly from the stated RTP, and there is no guarantee of any particular outcome in any single gaming session.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on klik66 and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds.

• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access your Account or play on your behalf.

7. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on klik66 without our prior written consent.

The klik66 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of klik66. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, klik66, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

klik66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not liable for any losses resulting from system downtime, technical malfunctions, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless klik66 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of klik66 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI). The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

klik66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of klik66 following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
